Our Micro Team is the perfect introduction to the competitive dance world. Designed for our youngest dancers, this program focuses on building confidence, classroom structure, and a strong technical foundation in a fun, supportive environment. Dancers are introduced to performance and competition in a way that feels exciting, positive, and age-appropriate, setting the tone for a successful transition into our full competitive program.

Our micro team participates in 1 dance competition per season.

A gentle step into competitive dance, these teams are ideal for young dancers ready to explore performance while maintaining a lighter weekly commitment. Dancers begin building technique, musicality, and stage presence in a structured and encouraging environment.

•  Petite Team (Ages 5–7) 
•  Pre-Mini Team (Ages 6–8)
• Junior Part Time Team (Ages 8-10)

Dancers on these teams attend 3 competitions per season.

Our Part-Time Competitive Program is a carefully curated, stand-alone training pathway—designed specifically for dancers who are serious about their development, but thrive in a more balanced weekly schedule. 

As one of the first of its kind in the region, our part-time teams are built with intention—from dedicated faculty and customized training plans, to a structure that allows dancers to progress at a high level while training just two days per week. 

This program is ideal for dancers who are dedicated and motivated, but benefit from a slightly more focused and manageable schedule, without compromising the quality of their training or performance opportunities.

Our Full-Time Competitive Program is an immersive, high-level experience designed for dancers who are ready to fully commit to their growth.

This program is intentionally structured to develop strong, versatile, and technically refined dancers through consistent, comprehensive training across multiple disciplines. Dancers work closely with our faculty in a focused environment that prioritizes both individual progress and team excellence.

Placement in our full-time program is by audition and reflects a dancer’s readiness for this level of commitment. These dancers are held to a high standard in their work ethic, accountability, and performance quality, and are supported through a program that is both challenging and deeply rewarding.

Our full-time teams train at a higher volume each week, allowing for accelerated development in technique, artistry, and performance. This commitment is reflected not only in their growth within the studio, but also in their consistent success on stage.

This program is ideal for dancers who are highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to fully immerse themselves in their training and performance experience.
